Konstruksi Media – The seven industrial parks under the Danareksa SOE Holding, which are part of Danareksa Industrial Park, have to date secured total investments of USD 10 billion, equivalent to IDR 162 trillion.
‘The total value of investment that has entered Danareksa Industrial Park has reached USD 10 billion, equivalent to IDR 162 trillion, and has absorbed more than 300,000 jobs,’ said Agus Widjaja, Corporate Secretary & CSR of the Danareksa SOE Holding, in a written statement on Thursday (30/1/2025).
Tujuh kawasan industri tersebut meliputi PT Kawasan Industri Medan, PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara, PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung, PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma, PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang, PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut, dan PT Kawasan Industri Makassar, dengan total luas lahan mencapai 7.855 hektare.
Agus stated that these industrial parks are the largest SOE-owned industrial estates in Indonesia and are ready to support downstreaming programs as well as the development of export-oriented industries.
‘As a transformation and investment holding, we are preparing Danareksa Industrial Park to become a gateway for global manufacturing investment by integrating the development of modern, smart, and green industrial estates, supported by comprehensive supporting infrastructure and connectivity,’ he said.
In addition, the seven industrial parks are equipped with a total of 154 kilometers of road access. Strong infrastructure and connectivity are expected to deliver broad economic impacts, including the empowerment of local communities.
